There will be several emails that go out to each parent on a monthly basis, when you click “Activate Email Campaign” in their Hoot Workflow.
The contents of each email is laid out below and can’t be modified. All parent name, patient name and doctor’s name will be auto filled.
Emails will be sent automatically once you hit the green “Activate Campaign” button.
The campaign is designed to inform, educate and encourage the Parent(s) to help shift the child’s behavior at home including encouraging outdoor play, reducing screen time, improving study posture, etc.

I am writing to you today to let you know that there are certain behavioral modifications that can be made to assist in slowing down the progression of ’s myopia.
Every month I am going to be sharing with you different videos on all the behavioral modifications I recommend you try to encourage to practice.
Our goal in sending you these monthly behavioral coaching videos is not to be intrusive but instead to be genuinely supportive in helping your child’s myopia management program get the best outcome. Remember, the two factors of a good myopia management program are appropriate therapy and modifying your child’s behaviors.
Some of these modifications include improving study posture, reducing screen time, or changing something as simple as study area lighting. Today I am going to be sharing a video with you on encouraging outdoor activities for myopia management.
